“Susie” by Susie and Nick Cave

As part of Frieze 2026 at Dover Street Market, join us in-store for a special signing with Susie Cave in celebration of the new book “Susie” by Nick and Susie Cave, featuring photographs by Dominique Issermann, published by Thames & Hudson. Thursday 15th October, 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Please note, only books purchased at DSM will be eligible for signing. Queue opens at 4:30pm and will be first come, first serve. This new book showcases how Cave and Issermann have each documented Susie across decades, Cave through words and lyrics and Issermann through photography. Their work traces the many versions of a woman who remains, somehow, elusive to the image.

Beginning with the early years of Nick and Susie’s relationship, “Susie” moves through love, family, motherhood and loss. Intimate photographs sit alongside reflections from Nick and Susie, opening an account of their family life which was previously held close.
