Slawn in collaboration with Saatchi Yates

Slawn in collaboration with Saatchi Yates launches Thursday 10th October exclusively at Dover Street Market. Slawn will be in-store from 5:00pm – 6:30pm for a special signing. Kindly note, registration for this has closed and only successful raffle winners will have the opportunity to attend the signing. Slawn will only be signing Saatchi Yates merchandise.

This launch coincides with artist Olaolu Akeredolu-Ale (Slawn)’s first major London exhibition at the Saatchi Yates Gallery, featuring a wide range of new original works by the 23-year-old artist. “I just want my work to be undeniable.”

Born in Lagos, Nigeria in 2000, Olaolu Slawn’s work blends his Yoruba heritage with contemporary youth culture. Working outside the traditional art world, Slawn has built a strong online following. His satirical art uses humor, stereotypes, and caricatures to challenge modern society.
