S.S.Daley

S.S.Daley AW25 collection, including DSM exclusives, arrives Thursday 18th September with a special installation at Dover Street Market.

Founded in 2020, S.S.Daley aims to dismantle typical ideas of British Heritage. Approaching design from the perspective of his working-class upbringing in Liverpool, Stokey-Daley subverts the idea of British Heritage into a modern context. Following his BA studies at the University of Westminster, Stokey-Daley released his first menswear collection, which has since expanded to include womenswear and accessories and one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces.

The AW25 collection was inspired by the world of the Scottish Colours – an artistic group known for the boldness of their colour palette and atmospheric artistic landscapes. The music and image of the late Marianna Faithfull was a core influence for the designer, with her artistic rebellion defining her as an iconic figure of the 1960s. “Stay Faithfull to Marianne” is scrawled across a knitted sweater as an homage to her influence.
