We’ve been busy planning for quite some time and our aim is for you to come and shop, have a great time and find some amazing things!
We are expecting it to be very busy, and to help manage demand while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ll be using a ticketing system with specific days and time slots. We want as many people as possible to have the chance to attend, and this time we’ll be offering more days than in the past.
This is a free event, but online registration is required. Due to capacity, spaces are limited, and tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets for the initial days are now available and selling quickly. Additional dates will be announced over time to give more people the opportunity to attend. If the first release sells out, you can join the waitlist via our ticketing platform to be notified when more tickets become available.

With allocated time slots within each day.
Please note that the last entry each day is at 7:30pm.

Online registration and entry
This is a free event, but advance registration is required to help us keep everything safe and enjoyable.
Registration is quick and easy and you can sign up any time before your chosen session, even on the day (subject to availability).
Tickets are limited to one per person.
Once registered, your ticket will be sent via email and is valid for a single timed entry. If you'd like to return, just register for a new time session.
Tickets are released in phases. If the first release sells out, you can join the waitlist via our ticketing platform to be notified about tickets for further dates.
Entry will be managed via a queuing system and queues open one hour before your booked time. We kindly ask that you do not queue before this time. We’ll scan your ticket while you queue and issue a wristband for entry.
Your session runs until the scheduled end time shown on your ticket. We’ll give you a heads-up before it ends and kindly ask that you leave the venue once your booked time is up.
If you miss your time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you at another time, but this will be dependent on availability and you may need to queue again. There is no guarantee of entry if this occurs.
Please note: last entry is 30 minutes before your session ends.
Things to know before you arrive
We suggest you bring no bags or coats inside the venue. A free cloakroom will be available, but please be aware that there may be a wait to check items on arrival and departure. We recommend travelling light. If you don’t need to use the cloakroom, you can bypass the cloakroom queue and enter the venue sooner.
No pets allowed.
Shopping bags will be provided.
Card & contactless payments only. No cash accepted. We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
No refunds or exchanges.
New stock will be added daily and throughout the day.
Whilst we hope to keep it to a minimum, please expect to queue throughout your visit.
