Denim Tears “Tears”

“Tears” is the latest partnership between Denim Tears and Comme des Garçons and the first collaborative foray into Parfum.

Built around the smell of cotton, the fragrance evokes rural Georgia just after the rain. Scent notes recall heat rising from red clay, with wet green cotton fields stretching into the distance, translating Tremaine Emory’s exploration of the African diaspora into an olfactory narrative.

A dry musk floral composition opens with galbanum, ambrettolide and sage, before moving through daffodil, jasmine, flouve and orris. Vetiver, hay, cypriol and musk settle into a warm, hay-like finish. Presented in a 50ml Eau de Parfum.
