Café Cecilia, opened in 2021 in East London, is an elegant yet relaxed restaurant known for its simple, Irish- and European-inspired dishes. Named after Rocha’s paternal grandmother, the café reflects his culinary roots, blending family recipes with the skills he honed at iconic spots like The River Café and St John Bread & Wine.

The cookbook is a heartfelt celebration of food, family, and seasonality. Each chapter begins with a personal reflection from Rocha, sharing the stories behind the dishes. Featuring over 100 easy-to-follow recipes, it guides readers from breakfast to dinner.
