Wait Staff

Reporting to: Bakery Manager



A professional and interested wait-person ready to engage with customers and colleagues to deliver an exemplary experience and service. Someone confident, friendly and hard-working with preferably 6 months experience.

 Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Set the tone by creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Ensure all preparations for service adhere to RB standards
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and present our variety of menu options
  • Constantly observing floor to meet our customers’ needs
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
  • Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
  • Work with other staff as a team
  • Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information




  • Motivated and competent, able to converse at all levels with staff and customers
  • Be able to work on one’s own initiative with attention to detail at all times
  • Commitment and flexibility with a “Can do Attitude”
  • Must possess a strong level of self-awareness as well as awareness around them
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
  • Someone who has an interest in the fashion industry, is able to recognise and build relationships with our VIP clients as well as the restaurant’s regulars.
